Practice & export notes

Chat quizzes are informal practice. Scored mocks save machine-graded answers and a report, not an official exam score.

The PDF toolbar button exports locally with bundled jsPDF. English/Spanish/Portuguese supported; other characters may need explicit Unicode escaping. No transcript goes to an export service.

Voice & options

Dictation starts only with your consent. Your browser may send audio to its speech provider. Only transcript goes to Cert Buddy after you press Send.

Opt-in read aloud may send answer text to your browser’s voice service. Turn it off here at any time.

Keyboard & privacy

Enter to send · Shift+Enter for a new line. Review dictated text before sending. Never paste secrets or private customer data.

Minimal usage metrics are stored for owner reports, without transcripts in analytics. Keep your account recovery code secret and offline. Full privacy details

Welcome back

3–40 characters: letters, numbers, underscore, dot or hyphen.

Your 6-digit PIN. Accounts from before PINs: use your old password, then switch to a PIN in Usage & account.

Old device-only profiles are not cloud accounts. Register a new account; matching a previous profile name does not import or link its sessions.

Accounts and saved chats are stored in Azure. Study prompts go to Microsoft Foundry. Privacy & how it works

Reset your PIN

Use your saved recovery code. No email is required or sent. Resetting signs out all existing sessions and replaces the old code.

6 digits, not a repeat or a run. Resetting always sets a PIN, even if you used a password before.

Lost the code too? This flow cannot recover the account without it. If still signed in on another device and you know your PIN, replace the code in Usage & account.

Save your recovery code

This code is shown once. Save it offline in a safe place, such as a password manager. Anyone with it can reset your PIN. Cert Buddy does not save it in browser storage.
